Preparation
First cook the chena and then sort in ghee . After that melt jaggery in water in low flame and add it to chena and sort it well till it become brownish add cooked chawary into it. Add coconut milk and stirr it after adding elachi. Finally add Cashewnut, dry fruit and coconut pieces in ghee.
The pradaman is ready.
