Wash and Cook wheat and keep aside. In a heavy bottom pan add ghee when heated add the cooked wheat and stir well, add Jagger syrup and stir well, when thickens add thin coconut milk stir well, when it thickens add thick coconut milk and stir well. Add cardamom powder and dried ginger powder, Decorate with cashew nut and kismis sorted in ghee. Long wheat Payasam is ready to serve.
