Ingredients:
Aval (rice flakes) - 2 cup
Sugar - 2 cup
Ghee - 50g
Milk - 1
Fresh cream - 200 ml
Strawberry - 15 no.
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Strawberry essence - 1 teaspoon
Method:
Make sugar syrup with 1/4 cup of sugar and add seedless strawberries into it(strawberry vilaikkuka) to make strawberrysugar syrup. Keep it at room temperature to cool.
