Jack fruit seed(chaka Kuru) - 1kg
Jaggery - 1kg
Coconut grated - 4 no
Coconut pieces
Chavvari - 50g
Ghee - 250g
Kissmiss/cashew - 100g
Cardamom - 25g
Water - as needed
Preparation:
1) Remove the outer layer of Jackfruit seed and boil it in cooker with 1Ltrof water.
2) Then make it fine paste in Mixi.
3) Take jaggery and boiled with 1ltr of water,filter It and keep aside.
4) Coconut is Grinded well with water and take 3set of milk(1st,2nd,3rd milk)
5) Then flame the stove. keep a pan.add ghee,filtered jaggery chakkakuru paste,and chavvari. Mix It well ,till it become brown.
6) After chavvari is cooked well pour 3rd coconut milk and allow to boil , then pour 2nd milk and allow to boil and finally pour 1st milk and off the flame.
7) Then finally add cardamon powder for flavor and garnish with roasted kissmiss and cashews.add roasted. Cut piece coconut to taste.yummy hot payasam is ready to taste.
