First cook Ada and Chaury. Take another pan and saute the chopped Mango, Dates, Banana, Pineaaple in Ghee seperately. Then melt the Jaggery and when it becomes thick add Ghee, Cooked Ada and Chaury and saute it for 3 Minutes. Pour Second Milk from the 3 Coconuts and stir it continuously. When the mixture becomes thick add sauted fruits into it. Add 1 Cup of First CoconutT Milk. Stir it again. When it boils and become thick add fried Cashew, Groundnut, Chopped Coconut and Kissmiss At last add remaining first milk. Off the stove add Condensed Milk, Cardomom Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Dried Ginger Powder. Ada-Fruits Payasam is ready to serve.
