5. Milk - 2 Packets
6. Condensed Milk-100 ml
7. Cardamom -5 Pieces
8. Cloves - 4 Pieces
9. Cinnamon -3 Pieces
10. Cashew Nuts - 50 g
11. Raisins - 50 g
12. Almonds -10 Pieces
13. Rose Flower - 2 nos
Preparation:
KAYMA RICE COOKERIL VELLAM OZHICH 3,4 WHISTLE ADICHA SHESHAM. VERORU PATHRATHIL MILK BOIL CHEYUKKA. AFTER BOILING THE MILK WELL, MIX THE MILK WITH THE PREPARED(BOILED) KAYMA RICE. SHAKE IT WELL AND ADD SUGAR. AFTER SHAKING ADD A LITTLE BIT A OF CONDENSE MILK. ADD A LITTLE BIT OF GHEE TOO. AFTER ADDING THE GHEE SHAKE IT WELL,ADD PIECES OF CARDAMOM. ALONG WITH IT ADD CLOVES,CINNAMON & ALMONDS(MAKE THE ALMONDS INTO SMALL PIECES). AGAIN SHAKE IT.. IN A LITTLE BIT OF GHEE ADD CASHEW & RAISINS- (VARUTHU KORUKA).. ADD THEM TO THE PAYASAM.. ADD 2 NO.S OF ROSE FLOWER AS A DECORATION,AT THE TOP OF THE PAYASAM..CLOSE THE PAYASAM WELL.. CONSUME IT WHILE IT'S STILL HOT.. THE PAYASAM IS READY.
