Ingredients
Apple - 4 nos
Guava - 2 no
Banana - 2 no
Jaggery - 1 no
Sago - 400g
Sugar - 50g
Coconut 1st milk - 1½ cup
Coconut 2nd milk - 1 cup
Cardamom - 2cup
Nuts and raisins - as needed
Ghee -25g
Preparation:
Cook sago in little water & keep aside.
Melt jaggery, strain & keep aside.
Slice star fruit into small pieces, stew them in sugar & keep aside.
Beat the guava in a mixer, strain the pulp
Mash the banana and grate the apples
Saut the bananas, guava paste & apples in ghee for few minutes
Add jaggery to this mix and saut well
Add sago, coconut 2nd milk. Boil for few minutes till it thickens.
Then add the 1st milk , stewed star fruits and switch of fire after a minute.
Garnish with nuts and raisins roasted in ghee.
