Ingredients:
1. Carrot - 1/2 Kg
2. Sarkkara - 400gm
3. Milk/Coconut Milk - 1/2 Ltr
4. Chowarry - 1/2 cup
5. Dates - 1/2Cup
6. Cashews and raisins - as desired
7. Ghee - 3 to 4 tbsps.
Method:
To Wash the carrot and cooked with in 10minites and then put in to the mixi then the past in ready. The past will the put a cup . On a low flame, to hear up to melt to add the i/2 cup of mik it and then filter to remove impurities wash the pan and pour back the filtered syrup, Boil it till it slightly thickness and then put in to the carrorot mix and boil the dates, Ghee put them the cokked. Bring milk Coconout Milk boil im a slow flame after Kismis and Casunut will added it it the payam willl ready.
