Ingredients:
Pappaya - 1 no
Cashew - 30no (Small peaces)
Ghee - 4 Tbsp
Kismis - 6 no
Cardomom (Powder ) - 4 no
Coconut Milk - 1 Cup
Coconut - 1Tbsp (Slices)
Pomegranate - 1 no
Badam - 5 no (Sliced)
Jaggery - 1/2 KG
Method:
Heat a kadai with a tbsp of ghee and roast the cashews,coconut sliced,kismis,badam etc set aside Now take the water in a bowl and add the jaggery mix welll, cook for 5 mins.. It thickens after few minutes. Then take 2 Tbsp of ghee add pappaya . stir well,Add 1 cup coconut milk. Then add cardamom powder & Pomgranate. Finally add the roasted cashews,coconut sliced,kismis,badam. The Switch off flame. Serve hot or cold !!
