Ingredients:
1. Soyachunk granules (Soaked and drained) - 1 cup
2. Mushroom chopped - 1 cup
3. Pineapple chopped - 1 cup
4. Melted Jaggery - 1/2 kg
5. Milkmaid - 1/2 tin
6.Concentrated coconut milk - 3 cups
7.Nuts/Kismis fried in ghee - as rqd
8. Powdered cardomom - as rqd
9.Ghee - 1 cup
Method:
Cook soya chunks with 1 tbsp ghee in Pressure cooker for one steam In a thick bottomed pan, heat 2 tbs ghee and add mushroom & pineapple & cook well till water content gets dried. Add cooked soyachunks & 3 tbs ghee to it & mix well Add melted jaggery & cook for 10 minutes Low the flame & add milkmaid & cook for 15 minutes. Pour 3 tbs ghee.. When a well cooked smell comes, add coconut milk and stir continuosly till the payasam starts boiling. Off the flame.. Add cardomom stir well Garnish with fried Nuts and Kismis. Serve Hot
