Ingredients:
Green Papaya Tomato Palim Sugar Payasam
Green papaya (small pieces) - 1 cup
Green tomato small pieces - 1 cup
Palm sugar (panam kalkandu) - 1 cup
Coconut milk - 2 cup
Sago - 1 tsp
Cashew - 50gm
Raisins - 50gm
Cardamom - 6 nos.
Ghee - 100 gm
Method:
1. Peel the skin of papaya, and then remove the seeds& wash to clean.
2. Cut the papaya into small pieces.
3. Peel the skin of tomato and cut into small pieces.
4. Cook the vegetables in 3 table spoons of coconut milk.
5. Add cooked sago.
6. Add palm sugar water and cook in medium flame until it thickness, now add ghee and keep on stirring well.
7. Add coconut milk, fried cashew nuts, raisins, cardamom powder, Mix well & switched off the flame. Then serve it.
