RYLA is a programme for teens and young adults, that emphasizes social responsibilty global citizenship and personal development.

RYLA offers idea sharing, cultural exchange, service projects implementation, new friendship and much more

RYLA helps to bridge the communication gap between the generations, and in turn to improve relationships in families and community

RYLA sharpens leadership qualities with most modern techniques that offer long term benefits to the particiants.

Objectives

To further demonstrate Rotary’s respect and concern for youth, To encourage and assist selected youth leaders by providing the them with a training experience. To publicity recognize the high qualities of many young people, who are rendering service to their communities as youth leaders.

Who can Participate

The participants shall be students at the graduate level and they should be sponsored by the Principal of the concerned colleges / and Rotary club of District 3211. Annetts from Rotary clubs and Rotract members are given preference.
