Multi colour Palappam

Saras Palappam podi -1 packet
Sugar -5 tbs
Carrot -100 gram
beetroot -100 gram
Salt to taste

Make batter according to the instruction given in the cover .Divide the batter into three add carrot paste to one
beetroot paste to another . Keep a aside . After 1 hour pour in aapa chatty and turns side ways 2 or 3 times to
make palappam the shape of lotus .Cover for one minute . The purple orange and white coloured lotus shaped
palappam will be ready.

Mutton Stew
Mutton-1/4 kg
Potato -1/4 kg
Onion -2
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Carrot -100 gm
Chilly- 4
Ginger Garlic Paste -1 tbs each
Saras Chilly Powder -1 tsp
Saras Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Saras Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Saras Haldi Powder- 1/2 tsp
Nuts Paste - one tbs
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves- 1 bunch
Salt to taste - Oil 1 tsp

Pour Oil in Kadai , Add Mustard seeds when it splitter add sliced onion , chilly , gibger garlic paste .Saute it for
1 minute add haldi Powder , coriander powder , chilly powder , garam masala , diced pieces of potato , carrot ,
cooked mutton and coconut milk . Cook for 3 minutes add nuts paste and salt to taste . Decorate with
coriander leaves
