Tapioca and Chicken curry

Tapioca - 1 cup
(grated) rice
Powder - 1/4 cup
Chicken -1/4 cup (small pieces)
Turmeric powder - 1pinch
Salt- needed coconut- 1 nos (grated)

Rice powder mix with salt and coconut milk . Tapioca grate well then mix with turmeric powder and salt. Then
take Puttu kutti place 1 layer coconut grated, then 2 tsp Puttu powder, then 1 layer small pieces of fried
chicken,then 1 layer of tapioca grated . Again we can fill layer and finish off with 1 layer of grated coconut Then
place the lid over the putt.steam well and serve hot

Chicken - 1 KG (full chicken without cut)
Coconut oil - 1/2 cup
Pepper powder - 2tsp
Chilly powder (kashmiri) - 4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2
saras chicken Masala powder -2 tsp
Veluthulli - 6 nos
Small onion-7 nos
Onion - 3 nos Ginger-2 pieces
Celery leaves - 2 nos
Salt- needed
Curd - 2 tsp
Tomato - 1nos
Curry leaves - 2 nos
Water - 1/2 glass

Marinate chicken with salt,pepper powder, chilly powder ,turmeric,Garam Masala powder and curd . Then take
pressure cucker then just steam this marinated chicken . Then take a pan and put 3 tsp oil then fry steamed
chicken.Then for gravy chopped onion big and small,ginger, vellully, tomato celery leaves,fry in oil then add
pepper powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,saras chicken Masala powder then add 1/2
glass water when it become thick gravy add fried chicken and decorate with curry leaves and serve hot.
