• Registration is mandatory and must be completed online with full and accurate details.
• Registration Fee: ₹7,000 per participant (non-refundable and non-transferable).
• Registration includes:
  • Golden Brush Participation Badge
  • Golden Brush Participation Certificate
  • Lunch for 2 persons : participant + model
  • Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to disqualification without refund.

• Each participant may register for only one category.
• Categories include (but are not limited to):
  • Hindu Bridal Look
  • Christian Bridal Look
  • Muslim Bridal Look
  • Secular Bridal Look

Please note - Category once selected cannot be changed after registration.

• After successful registration and payment, participants must submit:
  • 3-5 high-resolution images of previous bridal work
  • One short video (60-120 seconds) demonstrating makeup technique

Please note - Failure to submit required materials within the stipulated timeline may result in cancellation of participation without refund.

• Participants must bring their own model.
• Organisers will not bear any cost or responsibility related to models.
• Models must be 18 years or above and must sign the Model Consent & Release Form.
• Participants are fully responsible for model safety, payments, travel, attire, and conduct.
• The organiser reserves the right to restrict or remove models who fail to comply with event guidelines.

• Each participant will be provided with:
  • One Table (1mx0.5m)
  • One Chair
  • Food Coupons for 2 Persons
  • One Electric plug point
  • Basic venue lighting
  • One litre drinking water
• Participants must bring
  • Their complete makeup kit, tools, products, and hygiene supplies
  • Extension cable with plug points, multi-plug adapter if necessary
  • Additional lighting (ring light) if required
• Green room facilities will be available for costume changes.
• Time allotted for live competition: 3 hours (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
• Late arrival may lead to penalty or disqualification.

• 08:30am to 09.30am -Reporting Time
• 09.30 am - Contestant Check-in & Kit inspection
• 09:35am - Briefing & Hygiene check
• 10:00 am - Heats Begin
• 10.00 am to 01.00pm - Live Competition
• 01:00 pm - Ramp Walk, Judging & Lunch Break
• 02.00 pm - Semi-finals

• Media & Intellectual Property Rights: Participants grant organizers and sponsors full, perpetual, royalty-free rights to use Models photographs, videos, and recordings for marketing, promotions, publications, and commercial purposes.
• Liability: The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to equipment. Participants agree to indemnify the organizer against any claims arising from participation.
• Disqualification: Non-compliance with hygiene, safety, conduct, or competition rules may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

• Green Room Usage: A common green room facility will be provided for costume changes. Participants are requested to use the facility efficiently to ensure smooth event flow.
• Food & Refreshments: Lunch will be served after 1:00 PM. Participants are advised to carry light snacks and juice, especially for models who may not be able to eat immediately after makeup completion.
