Panineer poove pachadi

  1. rose flower - 1 1/2-2 cup
  2. green chilli - 2
  3. salt - as required
  4. coconut milk powder - 1/2 cup
  5. curd - 1/4 cup
  6. mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  7. red chilli - 1-2
  8. methi seeds - 1/4 tsp
  9. coconut oil - 1 tbsp
  10. rose essence - 1 tsp(optional)
Method Boil rose flower with salt and green chilli. Grind this mixture coarsely. add coconut milk powder after cooled. also add curd and mix genlty. add 1/4 tbsp of coarsely ground mustard. take a pan add coconut oil . to this add mustard seeds , methi seeds and red chilli. if u want u can also add rose essence for additional flavour.

Passion fruit coconut milk rasam

  1. passion fruit pulp - 1/4 cup
  2. ginger - one piece
  3. garlic - 4-5 piece
  4. cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  5. pepper corn - 1/4 tsp
  6. red chilli - 2
  7. curry leaves - little
  8. coriander leaves - little
  9. coconut milk powder - 1/2-1 cup
  10. salt - as required
  11. coconut oil - 1 tbsp
  12. turmeric powder - 1/4 ts
  13. asafotida -
Method Grind ginger,garlic, red chilli,peppercorn, cumin seeds and curry leaves coarsely. In a pan add coconut oil . To this add grinded paste and sorte for a minute. add passion fruit puree and little water and salt . boil this mixture. mix milk powder with water and dilute it. pour this milk in passion fruit mixture and turn off the stove. garnish with coriander leaves.

Raw banana and yam kofta creamy milk curry

  1. raw banana - 1/2
  2. yam - 100 gm
  3. cornflour - 2 tbsp
  4. green chilli - 4-5
  5. curry leaves - little
  6. cornlfour - 1 tbsp
  7. breadcrums - 2-3 tbsp
  8. coconut milk powder - 1/4-1/2 cup
  9. mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
  10. methi seeds - 3 pinch
  11. cumin seeds - 3 pinch
  12. red chilli - 2
  13. red chilli powder - 2 tsp
  14. turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  15. onion - 1
  16. tomato - 1
  17. casheunut - 3 tbsp
  18. khakhas - 1 tbsp
  19. curd - 2 tbsp
  20. jaggery - small piece
Method Boil raw banana and yam together and smash it. In a pan add little oil and then add finley chopped onion, ginger, chopped green chilli and curry leaves. also add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix it very well. add this mixture in banana and yam and also add cornflour, breadcrums and salt. roll each mixture like kota ball. deep fry it in an oil. In an another pan add 2 tbsp of oil. Add mustard seeds, methi seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli, curry leaves. Add chopped onion and tomato. grind casheunut and khaskhas nicely. add this paste in onion, tomato gravy. Aslo add curd and mix it. After oil seperate from gravy add coconut milk salt and jaggery. after it came to boiling stage add banana balls and take out from the stove.
