Ingredients
- Cauli Flower - 1medium
- Oil - as you need
- Cardamom - 1no
- Cloves - 2nos
- Cinamon - 1 stick
- Cumin seeds - 1/4tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
- Onion - 1medium
- Bell pepper - 1medium
- Tomato - 1small
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 1/2tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4tsp
- Cumin powder - 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Maggi coconut milk powder
- Corn flour - 3tbsp
- Maida - 1/4 cup
- Spring Onion for garnish
- Tomato Sauce - 2tbsp
- Soya sauce - 1/2tbp
Method of Preparation
Take a bowl and boil the Gobi with turmeric powder and salt for 10 min and filter it. Add corn flour, maida, pepper powder, water and mix it well. Take a pan and fry the gobi till it becomes golden brown and keep it aside. In a kadai, put some oil, bell pepper, onion, tomato, salt and fry it will. Once those are fried, add tomato sauce, soya sauce, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, cumin and mix it well. Add the fried gobi into this mixture and mix it well so that the gobi is covered with the masala. And then, add Maggi coconut milk into the masala and keep the pan in low flame for 2 mins and off the stove before the mixture boils. Garnish the dish with spring onions.
