Creamy Soya Masala

INGREDIENTS
  1. Soya Chunks - 1Cup (boiled and squeezed)
  2. Oil - 100ml
  3. Onion - 2medium
  4. Ginger - 1tbsp(sliced)
  5. Garlic - 4pieces
  6. Potato - 1medium
  7. Tomato - 1medium
  8. Green Chilli - 2nos
  9. Maggi Coconut Milk Powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pepper Powder - 1tsp
  12. Coriander powder - 1tsp
  13. Cumin - 1/2tsp
  14. Curry Leaves
  15. Chilli Powder - 2tsp
  16. Sugar - one pinch
Method of Preparation Boil the soya chunks with salt and squeeze well and keep aside. Take a pan and put oil, add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, pepper, cumin and fry these well and grind them with some water and make it in the form of a paste. Put some oil in the pan, add potato and green chilli and fry it and the add the squeezed soya chunks into it and fry it until the chunks gets roasted. Now, add the paste to it and also chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to taste. Close the pan and keep it aside for 5-6 min in low flame. Now the mixture will be of a thick form. Then add Maggi coconut milk into it and mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Creamy and spicy soya masala is READY!!!

Coconut Milk Gobi Manchurian

Ingredients
  1. Cauli Flower - 1medium
  2. Oil - as you need
  3. Cardamom - 1no
  4. Cloves - 2nos
  5. Cinamon - 1 stick
  6. Cumin seeds - 1/4tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  8. Onion - 1medium
  9. Bell pepper - 1medium
  10. Tomato - 1small
  11. Coriander powder - 1tsp
  12. Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
  13. Chilli powder - 1 1/2tsp
  14. Pepper powder - 1/4tsp
  15. Cumin powder - 1tsp
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Maggi coconut milk powder
  18. Corn flour - 3tbsp
  19. Maida - 1/4 cup
  20. Spring Onion for garnish
  21. Tomato Sauce - 2tbsp
  22. Soya sauce - 1/2tbp
Method of Preparation Take a bowl and boil the Gobi with turmeric powder and salt for 10 min and filter it. Add corn flour, maida, pepper powder, water and mix it well. Take a pan and fry the gobi till it becomes golden brown and keep it aside. In a kadai, put some oil, bell pepper, onion, tomato, salt and fry it will. Once those are fried, add tomato sauce, soya sauce, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, cumin and mix it well. Add the fried gobi into this mixture and mix it well so that the gobi is covered with the masala. And then, add Maggi coconut milk into the masala and keep the pan in low flame for 2 mins and off the stove before the mixture boils. Garnish the dish with spring onions. Hot Coconut Milk Gobi Manchurian is READY!!!

Coconut Milk Beetroot Kofta

Ingredients
  1. Beetroot - 1medium
  2. Onion - 1medium
  3. Potato - 1medium
  4. Tomato - 2medium
  5. Garlic - 4pieces
  6. Ginger - 2 slices
  7. Pepper - 1/2tsp
  8. Corn flour - 2tbsp
  9. Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  10. Bay leaf - 1no
  11. Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
  12. Chilli powder- 2tsp
  13. Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  14. Sugar - 1/2tsp
  15. Maggi coconut milk powder
Spices for green rice
  1. One bay leaf or tej patta
  2. Four cloves or laung
  3. Two inch cinnamon or dalchini
  4. Two green cardamoms or elaichi
Method of Preparation Grate the beetroot and squeeze a bit. Then put this grated beetroot into the pan and add some oil and fry it for 5 mins. In a bowl, add bread crumbs, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, salt and the grated beetroot and mix it together and make them into small balls and fry it and keep it aside. Take a pan, put some oil, chopped tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, pepper, cumin. Fry it in low flame and grind it with some water and make a mixture. Add bay leaf into the oil and the mixture into it and as the mixture starts to boil, add coriander powder and chilli powder into it. Mix it well and add the beetroot kofta inti it and mix it well. Now, add the Maggi coconut milk into it and keep it in a low flame for 2 mins. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Coconut Milk Beetroot Kofta READY!!!
