  • 1. Who is eligible to participate?

    Participants must be founders, co-founders, or key decision-makers of active startups in the early to mid-stage of growth. They should have a valid business registration and be proficient in English or Malayalam. Startups in sectors like tobacco, alcohol, gambling, or other inappropriate categories are not eligible.

  • 2. Can teams participate, or is it for individuals only?

    Both individuals and teams of up to four members can apply and pitch their business ideas.

  • 3. How do I apply for the program?

    Interested participants must complete the online application form before the deadline, providing accurate details about their startup.

  • 4. What happens after applying?

    Applications are reviewed based on predefined criteria like business model, innovation, scalability, and team expertise. Twenty startups will be selected as finalists, with an additional ten placed on a waiting list.

  • 5. What is the grooming program, and is attendance mandatory?

    The grooming program is a two-day workshop in Kochi to refine pitches and prepare for the final event. Attendance is mandatory for all selected teams, and failure to participate may result in disqualification.

  • 6. What costs are involved?

    There is no fee to apply or participate. However, finalists must cover their own travel and accommodation costs for the final event if it is held physically.

  • 7. Will the event guarantee investment?

    While the event provides exposure to investors, there is no guarantee of investment. Investors are free to engage with startups based on their interest.

  • 8. How long is the pitch presentation?

    Each team will have 8 minutes for their presentation, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A with the investor panel.

  • 9. What kind of support will participants receive?

    Participants benefit from funding opportunities, mentorship, incubation programs, and networking with industry leaders and investors.

  • 10. What are the disqualification criteria?

    Startups may be disqualified for providing false information, failing to meet eligibility criteria, or engaging in unethical behavior during the program.

  • 11. Will my information remain confidential?

    Participants are advised to protect proprietary information with legal measures like NDAs. While organizers take precautions, they are not liable for intellectual property risks.

  • 12. What happens if the event is canceled?

    In unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, the event may be postponed or canceled. Participants will be notified accordingly.

  • 13. Can the organizers change the terms?

    Yes, the organizers reserve the right to modify terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes via email.

  • 14. Will the event be recorded?

    Yes, the event may be recorded and live-streamed for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your name, image, and recordings in promotional materials.
